Executive Assistant

About this Job:

We are currently offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist with our company. Quest IRA specializes in self-directed IRAs, 401(k)s and other qualified plans that allow you to purchase an invest in “alternative assets” like Real Estate, Promissory Notes, and Oil and Gas, just to name a few.

Purpose of Position:
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Staff in this category may also have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate.

Essential Functions:
• Provide World Famous Customer Service
• Welcome visitors by warmly greeting them, in person or on the phone; direct to proper employee and department
• Take and relay messages
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes
• Executive assistant experience min. 2 years
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

To assist the VP of Finance and the Billing Department with client contact and collecting on past due client accounts. Collections Representative applicants will be hard-working, highly organized, work well in a fast paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quest IRA, Inc., is seeking a Collections Representative who thrives under pressure and is eager to take on new challenges as a part of our world famous team.

Essential Functions:
• Provide World Famous Customer Service
• Collect on outstanding payments through telephone and written communication
• Organize and keep up to date list of delinquent clients
• Initiate termination proceedings for severely delinquent clients
• Submit periodic reports for management
• Assist VP of Finance with adjusting and creating new systems as needed

• Comfortable with cold calling
