Receptionist - Director of First Impressions

Purpose of Position:

To provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Essential Functions:

  • Maintain safe and clean reception, kitchen, and classroom/meeting area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Organize classroom material for client events
  • Distribute incoming faxes to the proper department

To assist the New Accounts Manager in a rapidly moving department with room for growth. Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide World Famous Customer Service

Essential Functions:
• Provide World Famous Customer Service
• Collect on outstanding payments through telephone and written communication

• Initiate termination proceedings for severely delinquent clients
• Submit periodic reports for management
