SIMPLE IRA

  1. I currently participate in my employer’s company 401k Retirement Plan. I am an employee of this company. I am a dentist, employed full time, 3 days a week. I am 54 years old. I currently contribute $18k plus $6K since i’m over the age of 50. Total of $24K. Then my employer matches w 4% to gross income which will contribute $7k. This total is $31K.
    Since I am also an Independent Contractor, working 2 days a week as Greg R. Baker, Dental Services, PLLC, can I open an account so I can contribute up to a total of $60K?
